In the society dowry (jahez) had become an issue for the bride’s family. Shaheed Foundation Pakistan supports an extra amount up to Rs. 50,000/- for marriage expenditure. Last year a total of Rs. 1,944,000/- had been spent under this head and Rs. 1,700,000/- had already been spent for marriage expenditure within first two months of this year i.e. January and February.

Donors are requested to consider this head as Shaheed Foundation Pakistan need a vast support for these funds.
