Khairpur: Qabar Project for martyrs
Shaheed Foundation Pakistan had for undertaken a project of beautification of graves and fixing them with metallic sheets inscribed with the incident details of martyrdom of various martyrs of Millat-e-Jaffaria Pakistan buried in different cities.
In this connection, an important phase was the beautification of graves located in Sindh province. Khairpur, a stronghold of shia muslims comes the foremost after prominent urban centres where recently the project was initiated besides in adjoining areas as well as cities of Hyderabad and Nawabshah.
Shaheed foundation Central Committee alongside working members of the local committee as well as from markaz visited the Khairpur area on 5th february to see the progress and quality of work. Khairpur working committee apprised the members of the situation and briefed them on the occassion. Maroon colored, beautifully decorated graves catch attention on first glance and have become a prominent feature of the land on several momineen have embraced martyrdom in incidents some of them dating back to early 1960's.
Central Committee wholeheartedly appreciated the efforts of brothers on behalf of SFP and prayed that the painstaking efforts become the fore-runner for evolving a truly sustainable and sacrifice oriented Shaheed parwar society.
Following graves have been covered so far in this area.
Jadu Shah Grave yard: Beautification work on graves of Zaheer Abbas Zaidi, Raees Haider martyrs of Saneha-e-Thairhi has been completed. Martyr Deedar Hussain Mughal's grave has also been decorated.
Decoration work on graves of Shaheed Afzal Hussain Zaidi, Shaheed Khurshid Zaidi, Shaheed Baqir Jafri, Shaheed Sabir Hussain Zaidi who are buried in Anjuman-e-Hydri Khairpur Graveyard has been completed.
In Daadshah graveyard Khairpur, Shaheed Mansur Hussain Talpur's grave has been beautified.
Pryalo graveyard houses graves of two martyrs of Mastung Saneha Shaheed Abdul Rashid Jogi and Lady martyr Husna Khatoon, whose graves have now been adorned with the inscription work.
Nawabshah Wadi-e-Hussain Graveyard where graves of martyred father [Shaheed Kalb Abbas] and his son [Shaheed Mussarrat Abbas] are located, are also being beautified.
In Hyderabad's area of Latifabad no 10, Shaheed Syed Mohsin Raza Jafri's final resting place has also been decorated.
