=Imam Ali (as) said: "If I cut a faithful Muslim into pieces to make him hate me, he will not turn into my enemy and if I give all the wealth of this world to a hypocrite to make him my friend he will not befriend me. It is so because the Holy Prophet has said: "O Ali! No faithful Muslim will ever be your enemy and no hypocrite will ever be your friend." Saying # 45. Najh-ul-Balagha (Peak of Eloquence)
=Imam Ali (as) said: "The Holy Prophet brought me up in his own arms and fed me from his own morsel. I followed him wherever he went, like a baby camel which follows its mother. Each day an aspect of his character would beam out of his noble soul and I would accept it and follow it as a command."
=It is reported that Salman al Farsi said: "We were sitting with the Messenger of Allah when a Bedouin entered. He stood up in front of us and said: "Assalamu Alaykum". We replied back. He then asked: Which one of you is the Full Moon, and the Lantern of Darkness; Mohammad the messenger of God, the learned king? Is he this radiant face?`
We said: `Yes.`
The Prophet (pbuh) said: O Arab brother! Have a seat.`
The Arab replied: O Mohammad! I did believe in you before I met you and acknowledged you before I see you, except a matter narrated to me from you.
