After a whole month of fasting and participating in virtuous activities, Muslims who observe Ramzan feel a strong spiritual regeneration within themselves. As Ramzan comes to an end, Muslims all around the world are getting ready for the first three days of celebrations of Eid-ul-Fitr.
Eid-ul-Fitr has always been the most joyous Islamic occasion for the children. After a whole month of fasting, the reward that they get in form of Eidi is something they wait for the entire year. Colorful clothes, bangles, and mehndi for the girls and new kurta shalwar for young boys are amongst their highlights of the day. Even the Siwayiyan of the first day of Eid taste better than the ones we eat on other occasions. Regardless of how joyous Eid might sound to some people, thats just one side of the picture!
Can you imagine Eid for girls who dont have their older brothers to bring them bangles or give them Eidi? Or young boys who donot have their fathers to take them for Eid namaz? Have you ever wondered how the celebrations would be like for a mother whose 30 years old son embraced shahadat one week prior to Eid because he loved the Ahlaibait (as)?
As much as a man wants to remain in the state of denial, the facts dont change for families who lost their loved ones.
Shaheed Foundation Pakistan requests each of you, along with your families, to come forward and share the joys of the blessed occassion with the kith and kin of our benefactors and participate in promoting the message to serve Khanwada-e-Shohada.
These Shohada are the most valuable asset and adornment for our Millat. They did ahsaan on us and we are proud of them . We are dutibound towards them and deeply indebted to these Shohada who have stamped the victory of millat with their sacred blood over and over again and kept our maktab glorious ,shining by being the flagbearer of sacrifices and steadfastness amid all sorts of problems on all fronts .We have to show our thankfulness by serving their families as our duty unto Shohada and our duty unto Holy Masoomeen [Alaihimussalam].
It is us who need these Khanwada-e-Shohada and not them who need us we must always remember , because Shohada have done their duty and indeed as traditions have it , Allaah Almighty has announced himself to be the guardian of these Shohada and their families directly and hence He will take care of these families in any case ,but what would we answer regarding our collective and individual responsibilities towards Khanwada-e-Shohada-e-Millat-e-Jaffaria Pakistan as being Pakistanis when the lady of heavens and earth Sayyida Zehra [SA] asks us about our role on the day of judgement .
Having re-iterated this fact as a principled tazakkur it gives immense pleasure to heartily thank and acknowledge the duty conscious and ever aware Millat-e-Jaffaria Pakistan whose tremendous support in this physical realm has been the greatest source of strength towards the noble cause of Shohada in Pakistan and it is strongly hoped that the same spirit continues with ever greater conviction. It is without any iota of doubt the infinite blessings of Imam-e-Zamana [a.t.f.s] that this millat is so aware and ever so ready to rally around mustering support for these Shohada-e-Azeez .
Once Imam Ali was asked the meaning of being well-off or well-provided for. Imam Ali replied, "Your welfare does not lie in your having enormous wealth and numerous children but it rests in your being highly educated and forbearing and in your being proud of your obedience to Allah. If you do a good deed then thank Allah for it and if you commit a sin then repent and atone for it. In this world there is a real welfare for two kinds of people, one is the person who, when commits a sin, atones for it and the other is anxious to do good as much as possible." - Saying # 94. Nahj-ul-Balagha.
When enjoying Eid with your own children, family, friends, compassionately show your gratitude and share the happiness with the children of Shohada as well in the truest sense of the word.
Remember the families that have been victims of recent tragedies such as Abbas Town Karachi , Quetta Alamdar Road and Hazara Town, Masjid-e- Faizullah Hangu ,Masjid-e-Jamiatul Maarif Peshawar ,the recent deadly blasts in Parachinar and numerous other families of targetted martyrdoms , throughout Pakistan will not be celebrating this Eid.
In their respect and honour lets solemnly do this Eid-ul-Fitr with a pledge of un-wavering allegiance to the sacred blood of martyrs and to their glorified path.
We encourage all the momineen to include these families in joys of Eid.
On a global level, kindly pray for constantly oppressed of Bahrain, Syria, Iraq, Palestine, Kashmir, and other countries who have been fighting for their legitimate stand and are being coerced by global arrogance her local stooges and shades of takfiri insurgents . Our heart goes out to the families of beloved martyrs from amongst Sunni muslim brothers several of whom embraced martyrdom while protecting the Shrine of Sayyida Zainab (sa) alongside Shia muslims.
May Imam (atfj) bless us with his early reappearance to remove the clouds of atrocities and to bring the justice, ameen
Shaheed Foundation Pakistans whole team prays that Allah forgives all our sins; accepts our prayers that we offered in the month of Ramzan, help us be better momineen in the eyes of Ahlaibait (as), bless us with more love for Ahlaibait (as), give us all taufeeq to fulfill our responsibilities towards Khanwada-e-Shohada, and make us worthy for the army of Imam-e-Zamana (as), ameen.
Also, on this day we pay special tribute to the martyrs of our millat who sacrificed their lives for Islam, and ask that you remember them in your Eid celebrations just as you remember your close relatives.
We wish you happiness, peace, prosperity, and nothing but the best in this life and hereafter .Eid Mubarak!
